Telcentris, Inc., introduced a robust instant-quote and contract creation tool, by leveraging sales software platform, MasterStream.
The new tool has especially been customized for Telcentris' (News - Alert) Channel Partner Program, and it has the ability to automate detailed quotes and proposals across the company's complete family of business services: hosted IP-PBX (News - Alert), SIP trunking and related Internet telephony solutions.
This automation enables agents to produce all required signature-ready order forms by answering a few simple questions. Telcentris new tool also generates instant e-mail templates to facilitate swift prospect and client communication.
Master agents can use the new tool to create multiple individual profiles for sub-agents. In addition to saving time, this gives global visibility into account activities, and enables sub-agents gain instant access to their own dashboard.
