Convergia Adds New IP PBX Office Systems from Avaya


Convergia, an and international voice and data service provider, has added new IP PBX (News - Alert) office phone services and systems from Avaya.

Bitar said that as an authorized reseller, Convergia has partnered with Avaya (News - Alert) in offering simple, powerful IP office unified communications systems in a single, easy-to-use device.

He said that the companies can save money and increase productivity, by combining the features of traditional telephony networks and VoIP into one user-friendly device that streamlines business phone system communications.

Back in April, Convergia had announced the company is now an authorized seller for Positron Power business phone systems, services and technologies.

Positron was founded in 1970 and is a holding and operating company which manufactures and develops highly reliable telecommunications equipment needed for critical service applications.

Positron Telecom was established to create and market sophisticated VoIP equipment for business communication and collaboration through network service providers. Positron's products combine VoIP and traditional telephony in easy-to-use standalone systems with powerful functionality.

Recently, Convergia announced that it lowered rates on its Premium Business Line plan. Bitar said that companies can save money on their office phone lines with Convergia, while at the same time streamlining their communications systems.

Bitar continued, "Our Premium Business Line package includes voice mail and lots of convenient features such as touch tone dialing, caller ID, call waiting, three-way conference calling, call transfer, call forwarding, remote call forward access, outbound name and number display, last call return, auto recall, call trace, selective call rejection, per call privacy, speed dial, and toll restriction”.

He said that with all of this for only $42.95 a month, small companies can present a professional image while saving money on their office phone systems and also controlling their company's long distance costs all at the same time.
