VoIP Supply recently released the results of a customer satisfaction survey conducted by the company in Dec., 2011 which revealed a high customer appreciation for its entire range of products and solutions.
The company surveyed more than 500 customers and found that their appreciation for the company's products was very high, with 98 percent of respondents saying that they were likely and/ or very likely to refer VoIP Supply to other business customers and to their colleagues. The survey also found that 97 percent of respondents were likely to or very likely to go ahead with repeat purchase with VoIP Supply ,while 87 percent of the respondents said that they were exceptionally happy or more than happy with their interaction with the company. Additionally, half of the customers polled said that they were of the opinion that VoIP Supply was the best supplier of VoIP Equipment and complete systems across the industry.
In a release, Benjamin P. Sayers, President and CEO of VoIP Supply, said, "Our number one goal at VoIP Supply is to provide outstanding service to all of our customers throughout their experience. I am really pleased at the strong degree of satisfaction our customers have for all we do. We will continue to strive to always exceed their expectations."
Sayers stated that the high levels of customer loyalty as established by the survey results can be attributed primarily to the product availability, based on responses from 81 percent of the polled customers. 76 percent respondents also claimed that their loyalty to VoIP Supply was based on the pricing structures of the products while more than half of the customers indicated that above average customer services and expertise as displayed by the company was their reason for being repeat customers of VoIP Supply.
