Zultys Intros ONE IP-PBX Systems
By Shamila Janakiraman, TMCnet Contributor
Zultys is now offering a new line of hardware and software packages designed to help small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) buy IP PBX (News - Alert) enterprise systems. The Zultys ONE system is affordable and scalable.
Zultys specializes in Open Standards IP communications and telephony. Its Open Standards IP technology forms the basis of IP PBX systems.
“We’ve been listening to customers in the marketplace,” said Steve Rothenberg, CEO of Zultys, in a statement. “Most business owners want to focus on their mission, not on technology. They asked us to develop a streamlined process for purchasing an integrated suite of pre-packaged, pre-configured systems that would work seamlessly together, and would be easy to administer.”
Zultys’ first package was the MX250 platform. The ONE package supports 250 people without the addition of more equipment and is scalable up to 10,000 users.
The ONE Essential is the entry level platform built on MX 30 platform suitable for 10 users and scalable to 30 users. The other new ONE packages include ONE/20, ONE/50, ONE/100, and ONE/200. They also include components for IP PBX communication systems but do not include the phones. Zultys plans to offer ONE systems via its nation wide network of distributors and resellers.
“I’m very excited to provide my customers with a simplified method of evaluating, selecting, and installing powerful phone systems,” said George Richardson, CEO of CT Distributing based in Greenville, South Carolina, one of Zultys’ largest U.S. distributors. “ONE kits come complete with the most requested features, like call forwarding, call routing, faxing, and centralized administration.”
Zultys’ ONE bundles are based on solid, open standards IP technology which can offer better, affordable and enterprise-level communication systems. The IP PBX offers an all-in-one system with pre-loaded software without the need for additional external servers. The platform can support PC, Mac and Linux equipment making installation and maintenance less complicated with rapid deployment.
Computer Telephony Distributing (CT) distributes Zultys products within the computer telephony and VoIP technology market. It is involved in full service sales engineering and offers technical support services, product warehousing besides reseller-oriented professional services.
