No stranger to winning industry awards, Digium, today announced that the Switchvox AA350 phone system has been selected as one of the top emerging technologies at Fresh, A First Look at New Technology (News - Alert), a program designed for vendors with new, emerging technologies that are trying to reach the Solution Provider Channel. The program was part of the XChange Tech Innovator conference presented by Everything Channel in conjunction with the Sightline Group.

 

According to this morning’s announcement, Digium presented its solution in a “lively multimedia production” highlighting the features and benefits of the Switchvox (News - Alert) AA350 system. The presentation targeted technology decision-makers who attended the event, and Digium executives participated in an interview with Ray Robidoux and Fred Brown of the Sightline Group.

 

The Switchvox AA350 is an IP PBX (News - Alert) that is designed to support up to 400 users, and is offered as a redundant rack-mount server for customers that want the highest level of performance and peace of mind.

 

The solution is part of a complete line of Switchvox systems, ranging from the AA60, which is designed to address the needs of smaller business (~30 users; the true “S” of the SMB market) through the AA300, which was announced in June, and is designed for approximately 150 users.

 

According to Digium’s (News - Alert) product marketing director for Switchvox Tristan Degenhardt, “It’s an honor to have Switchvox AA350 phone system chosen as a top emerging technology. Degenhardt also pointed out Digium’s growing channel program and the importance of providing them a variety of solution options. “Through our growing channel program, which includes more than 400 resellers, organizations have access to a phone system that meets their needs whether they employ four people or 400,” she said.
