QubeConnect Intros QubeTalk Five IP-PBX SOHOs

QubeConnect reportedly has introduced the QubeTalk Five IP-PBX (News - Alert) designed for the Small Office and Home Office market environments.

“QT5 is built upon our QubeTalk Telecommunications Application Platform next generation network framework to deliver reliable communications at economical call tariffs through the IP-PBX,” said Sin Hock Kian, chief executive officer at QubeConnect.

Kian added that SOHOs would now be able to avail and experience the same features that once were available only to large organizations and it was tailor made for offices with an employee strength between 10 and 20 that were engaged in customer care services, event management, hospitality business streams and lean organizations with a fleet of roaming sales agents.

The main feature of the solution is the IVR Auto Attendant that receives all incoming calls and directs them to an agent according to pre-programmed priority and skill function required by the client. In case the assigned person is not available, then the IVR AA redirects instantly to the next assigned agent and so forth until the customers call is definitely answered. Its platform is designed to allow users to create impromptu conference rooms for dual direction calls irrespective of the recipients’ telecommunications format.

The alert feature informs the concerned rep of a repeat enquiry and in case the agent has specifically requested that particular customer calls be immediately intimated directly and only to them, or other repetitive scenarios as deemed by company policies.

QT 5’s Web-based graphic user interface configuration interface is called qonSOLE and it has a user friendly approach that cuts down application familiarity time and enhances the management and operational procedures of the entire solution.

The company uses the Inter-QubeTalk-Exchange VoIP trunking protocol that the company says compresses bandwidth usage up to 60 percent and packet sizes by 90 percent, interfaces with third party access routers, ramps up existing telecom link usage by 400 percent, and allows anytime upgrade and expansion without the need of any additional and costly add-ons.
