Protus IP Solutions reportedly has announced that its my1voice virtual Private Branch eXchange has provided the U.S. branches of Compagnie des Vins de Bordeaux et de la Gironde (C.V.B.G.) Dourthe-Kressman a multi-functional, IP-based telecommunications solution.
That’s a mouthful of French. The company is a wine maker with a global sales presence, and the new solution is expected to help customers use a single number to contact any of C.V.B (News - Alert).G.’s mobile sales representatives.
y1voice virtual PBX (News - Alert) does not require any hardware or physical equipment purchase, is Mideally suited for a maximum of 25 employees, and guarantees that any incoming call is received, recorded and rerouted to the next free sales and marketing representative.
“Not only did we receive a single number for customers and suppliers to call to reach anyone, it’s a toll-free number, which makes us look more like the global entity we are,” said Mark-Thomas Gavigan, regional sales director, CVBG USA.
Gavigan added that communications between sales reps and customers have improved significantly, and that clients are feeling that they are getting world-class service to go along with their savory Bordeaux wine.
The system has built-in call waiting and recorded messages that assure waiting customers that their calls are important and will be attended to shortly. The solution offers video mail, voice mail and text mail extensions for each employee so that any type of communication may be automatically recorded, manually played back and responded to depending on priority and convenience.
“Ours is a relationship business,” said Gavigan. “When customers call during business hours, it’s important that we are able to respond immediately.”
Importantly, it is available as a Software-as-a-Service product, which significantly cuts down on IT and infrastructural costs, as reported earlier by TMCnet. SaaS (News - Alert) simplifies service level agreements and billing in way that allows customers to pay according to usage, which is digitally recorded and transparently made available to designated authorities.
The solution allows a free 30-day trial for the three most popular plans and allows customers to: comprehensively check out the product before buying in, retain their original numbers, record waiting voice or music messages, dial by name, customize the automatic call distribution structure and priority, and schedule conference calls.
