"Small and mid-sized businesses are often challenged by limited IT resources and budgets," said Randy Ritter, Vice President of Product Management at One Communications (

OneSolutions Managed IP PBX is a fully integrated Internet Protocol Private Branch eXchange telecommunications system that uses the
Cisco Unified Communications (

The company says that customers can avail of a variety of near zero down payment financing schemes, are guaranteed to receive low monthly invoices that would be strictly in accordance with mutually agreed service level agreements, and have the option to outsource their telecom network and operations to a third party.
Officials advise multiple location companies to also use its OneSolutions MPLS VPN (Multi-protocol Label Switching Virtual Private Network) wide area networking solution that is available free of cost. OneSolutions Managed IP PBX has achieved Cisco (

A product designated as Cisco Powered informs customers and service providers that it matches up to Cisco’s guidelines for advanced technology, reliability, interoperability, and feature-rich capabilities and has proven,
reported TMCnet, through rigorous third-party audit, it has the resources and procedures to deploy, manage and support Cisco Powered Unified Communication services, and has met requirements based on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework of best practices and market and industry requirements.
"Adopting managed services allows companies to better align IT and business goals, enabling them to focus scarce internal resources on their core competencies," said Jeff Spagnola, Vice President of Worldwide Managed Services for Cisco. "One Communications managed services provide smaller businesses with access to the types of services that are typically only available to larger organizations."
The OneSolutions Managed Router service is also Cisco Power designated and provides flexible, extensible and modular solutions for customized wide area networking. It manages end to end functioning of routers, including a variety of Cisco Integrated Services Routers, network transport and protocols, and works best with OneSolutions Dedicated Internet Access, OneSolutions Complete, and OneSolutions MPLS VPN.
All One Communications’ OneSolutions Managed Services include Network Operations Center services that,
reported TMCnet, monitor networks and identify possible areas of potential failure and graphically report these to network administrators.
The scope of micro management extends to scrutinizing power conditions, bit errors, circuit faults, line coding and cable health. It has in-built automation processes to immediately contact the concerned service expert with the exact nature and location of the problem and suggest the closest possible solution.
"We have had tremendous success with these services in our test markets," said Brendan O'Keefe, director of managed services at One Communications. "Especially in today's business climate, customers resonate with the combination of reduced upfront costs, better internal resource utilization, and improved end-to-end network management to support their business communication needs."
