TASterix, which provides contact call center solutions for answering service and virtual labor industry, is
reportedly offering 100 percent hosted software and service solutions through the voice and data network of
Infradapt.
Infradapt provides integrated voice and data platform solutions. The company maintains operations at several Tier-1 carrier facilities throughout the United States, with applications including, voice, data and network virtualization, as well as disaster recovery and business continuity solutions, officials said.
According to Vince McGlone, CEO of TASterix, Infradapt’s voice and data infrastructure as well as their telephony expertise will enable TASterix to provide a myriad of hosted applications inclusive of 24-hour business continuity with real-time failsafe mechanisms in place throughout Infradapt's national network.

Services offered through the TASterix-Infradapt hosted solutions include answering service solutions with resource sharing, traditional PBX (

Alert), inbound call center - help desk, outbound call center with predictive dialing, customer relationship management (CRM) fully integrated with Asterisk.
