The new business telephone service includes all the standard
PBX features, such as auto-attendant, call hold and transfer, ring groups, extensions and the like. Customers get these features at no additional cost and without additional equipment
The service also offers on-demand features such as call holding queues, call recording, conference rooms, supervisor listen-in, staggered ringing patterns, electronic fax, multi-layered voicemail, alternate day / night / holiday greetings and call ring patterns and customized call routing.
The service, including telephone services and hosted PBX features, is offered starting at $20 per month. The service is available without term contracts, setup fees or cancellation fees.
