IP Infusion Opens Technical Assistance Center in China to Serve Customers Round-the-Clock

IP Infusion, an ACCESS company and provider of software for Next Generation Network, or “NGN,” equipment manufacturers and converged IP service providers, has established a technical assistance center in Nanjing, China. The center will offer support in the local language for IP Infusion customers in China.

Koichi Narasaki (News - Alert), president and CEO of IP Infusion, said that China represents a significant growth area for IP Fusion.

“The telecommunications infrastructure equipment needed to fuel China’s aggressive push to implement 3G networks represents increased opportunities for our customers,” Narasaki said.

The new technical assistance center of IP Infusion (News - Alert) provides customers with R&D and engineering maintenance support during normal business hours in the local language. With the addition of the new center to the centers already in India and the United States, the company is able to ensure round-the-clock technical assistance to its customers.

IP Infusion’s advanced software solutions powers communications equipment for packet-based NGN. Its unique modular architecture and a broad suite of communications protocols allow the company to provide product differentiation and market agility especially required by network equipment vendors.

iSuppli, a market intelligence analyst company, issued a report earlier this year, that said  China’s growth in the 3G networks sector will lead to increase in carrier spending. China will spend nearly $6.2 billion on wireless infrastructure equipment this year which is equal to a 13.2 percent increase year-over-year. IP Infusion looks forward to leverage this huge growth in the Chinese market.

Japan-based ACCESS CO. LTD provides technology, software products and platforms for Web browsing, mobile phones, wireless handhelds and other types of networked devices.

The company’s products include NetFront Browser, ACCESS Linux Platform and Garnet OS. These products offer customers with solutions for enabling faster time to market, flexibility and customizability of their products.
