Software Review Company Reveals Top PBX Providers

PBXCompare.com, a hosted PBX (News - Alert) system review company, has released an update on reviews on PBX systems from Phone.com (News - Alert), RingCentral, My1Voice and Virtual PBX.

The reviews highlight the product differences of each company, and PBXCompare.com also elaborates on why each product is right for a specific company or not.

However, the reviewer company is about as realistic and honest as it gets.

Koby Wong, a PBXCompare.com researcher, said that Phone.com currently has the company’s highest recommendation in the company’s review.

“But we also call attention to the fact that the free trial you might expect to see isn’t obvious when you’re signing up on their website,” Wong said. “We tell you where to locate it.”

Reviewers including important points such as finding the free trial or understand the quirks of a PBX system keeps PBXCompare.com as up-to-date as possible to offer accurate information about hosted PBX products to users.

Wong also reviewed My1Voice’s basic PBX plan, declaring that all users will get the essentials of a PBX service at an affordable price.

And, while highlight the unlimited phone extensions included in the plan, the review also cites inabilities to record greetings through the phone and to dial out using a given unique extension number as “cons” of the service.

“We try to give people as much need-to-know information as possible in order to make a buying decision, and also to feel comfortable with that decision,” Wong said.

Virtual Call System, a hosted PBX provider and the 25th PBX company reviewed on the site, received positive feedback from PBXCompare.com saying that the companies wide features list has an included 800 number and easy-to-use setup wizard, which, according to company officials, makes the company attractive to companies looking for a user-friendly PBX system.

The software reviewer company categorizes the PBX company reviews into basic, mid-level and corporate plans and features categories as a way to compare a traditional phone system to a PBX system.

With these reviews, companies reading will receive all the pros, cons and comparable information needed in order to make the appropriate decisions about what company’s PBX system to invest in.
