“Whaleback technology can easily scale as our needs change,” said Ryan Van Laeys, technology facilitator for the Burlington County Special Services School District, in a release. “It's the ideal platform to grow with. What's more, having a managed solution has enabled us to rein in phone costs.”
David Zwicker of Whaleback Systems said that by using a combination of Polycom (

“With this technology, we’re able to double the sampling rate, which radically improves voice clarity,” added Zwicker.
The Whaleback CrystalBlue Voice Service is 100 percent premises-based and software-driven, featuring IP PBX with key system unit features and Road Warrior functionality.
Whaleback said that its CrystalBlue Voice Service offers flexible fixed rate national and international calling packages that provide “affordability” and “predictability” to a customer’s monthly phone bill.
Whaleback Systems is a Managed Voice Provider and the pioneering developer of the business phone solution built from the ground up for broadband.
Last month, the company
announced the addition of three new business-class phones to its suite of executive handsets for CrystalBlue Voice Service. The phones include the Polycom SoundPoint IP 670, Polycom SoundPoint IP 550 and Polycom SoundPoint IP 450 desktop phones.
