The latest version incorporates additional features like webcam video broadcast, remote printing, flash-based view-only applet for better meeting speed, an enhanced file sharing experience, which facilitates remote support and off site access and improved moderator tracking of attendee access and termination. The MXmeeting is a popular next generation collaboration solution that provides a dependable alternative to actually going to the meeting location.
The MXmeeting solution delivers such useful features like web conferencing, remote PC support, remote PC access and web seminar support functions along with a 150 port Voice conference applet with only a one time installation fee. The solution now puts together video, voice, desktop web interaction, instant messaging, virtual meeting rooms, online presentations, file sharing, training and demonstration tools in one compact system. This suite is already compatible with integrated call handling, voicemail, embedded gateways, presence server and instant messaging server, taking on more than 10,000 users across 128 locations at a time. The MXmeeting solution can be quickly executed by just appending a device to an operational MX250 or MX30 installation.
Users can also scale up solutions with increase in business activity, supporting as little as two meeting rooms with ten simultaneous users in the M200 to twenty meeting rooms with 100 users logged in together in the M500. The solution can also be installed as an independent one outside the existing framework for users who wish to add Web conferencing functionality to a current phone system.

Alert) Outlook and Microsoft Exchange for scheduling and communication with an interface that is widely utilized by enterprises. It is also compatible with the MXIE. The MXIE is Zultys’ unified communications client. This integration gives lets users a one-click combination. The solution is suitably aligned with the enterprise reliability needs by expanding on an inbuilt LINUX platform. It is also easy to monitor because of the system’s online management and reporting interface.
In addition, MXmeeting sessions, whether voice, video or webinar, can be recorded for future reference and sharing using such features as call recording.
