appointed Steve Burcham for the position of Vice President of Operations and Quality. The appointment is expected to bolster Digium’s promise in developing a quality telephone system for the industry and to improve its cliental services.
Danny Windham, Digium’s CEO, said that Digium is committed to providing products that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.
“The attention to detail in our product design process combined with an extensive focus on monitoring, measurement and failure analysis allows us to deliver world-class communications solutions,” Windham said. “The appointment of Steve Burcham, given his background and expertise in high-volume, mission-critical electronic systems, reinforces Digium’s philosophy of continuous improvement in the areas of product quality and customer satisfaction.”
Burcham holds a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
As Vice President of Operations and Quality, Burcham will look after the manufacturing process, information technology and technical support extended to clients.
While accepting the offer Burcham said that Digium has a unique culture, an extremely talented workforce, dedicated partners and an award-winning product portfolio.

Prior to being appointed Vice President, Burcham was the Director of Customer Quality at Digium where he developed methods and measures to get better-of the then existing quality management system to get ISO 9001 certification for the company.
Additionally, he has introduced improved cost effective production techniques to develop manufacturing quality resulting in increased productivity and reduced customer complaints. He was earlier working with Siemens (

Alert) as Director Operations and at Chrysler Motors as manager in manufacturing and engineering divisions.
