Viper Networks, Inc., a provider of VoIP products and services, has received final approval from Bharat Sanchar Nigam, Ltd. to offer a full spectrum of national and international telecom services, beginning with VoIP, Calling Cards and Pinless Accounts.

This final approval from BSNL is said to help Viper Networks is reiterating its first year target projections of 2.5 million new customers at an average monthly rate of $19.95, which represents reoccurring monthly revenues of $25 million.

Additionally, from the Company's previously awarded India telecom license, it will also target the Indian expatriate community of approximately 50 million people and a floating population of Indian tourists outside of the country.
