BSNL (News - Alert) is recognized as the 7th largest telecommunications company in the world with approximately 81 million customers worldwide that generated more than $8 billion (U.S.) in revenue during the fiscal year ended 3/31/10.

This final approval from BSNL is said to help Viper Networks is reiterating its first year target projections of 2.5 million new customers at an average monthly rate of $19.95, which represents reoccurring monthly revenues of $25 million.

'Patient shareholders and potential investors should note that this is truly an historical announcement for Viper Networks that paves the way for significant financial success for this company in 2010 and years to come. In many forms, shapes and manners, we have strived to reach this day for nearly ten years. The reality of earning our large cap status goal has officially begun,' Farid Shouekani, president of Viper Networks, Inc., said.

Founded in September 2000 in San Diego, California, Viper Networks is all set to fully launch its Singapore operations, which are expected to generate immediate revenues from its calling card and VoIP services. The company has also firmed up its plan to launch the sales and operations from all of Viper Networks previously announced country deployments, operations, routes and agreements with leading telecom operators throughout Asia, the Middle East, Australia and other continents.

By partnering with Cirilium India, Viper claims to own the exclusive rights with BSNL to offer a full spectrum of national and international telecom services. Additionally, from the Company's previously awarded India telecom license, it will also target the Indian expatriate community of approximately 50 million people and a floating population of Indian tourists outside of the country.
